company visa issues

Plz could someone advice me on how to deal with a company who sent me out here and abandoned me. Not cancelling my visa. Also i have a 13 yr old child with me. He has visa overstay issues. I now hav a court case against me bounced rent cheques. Living off family and friend from bk home in order to survive. I cant leave and company hasnt absconded me. They promised to support me throughout my stay but sent an email to report back. Without any help what so ever. Please either email me or reply any advice will be most appreciated.
