I seriously doubt I’d find any full blown cathedrals in Dubai, but are there any Anglican (Episcopalian/Church of England) churches there?

I think the church in Jebel Ali is Anglican. Do a websearch and all the churches in Dubai will come up, there's several.

1. St. Mary's Church - Next to KM Trading - Karama - R. Catholic. There are a few others around this area.
2. St. Assasi Church - Gardens - Jebel Ali
