Hello,
I am writing on behalf of my partner who used to be a resident and a worker in Dubai. He currently rents out his home but he pays his service charge from england using a dubai bank account cheque book. However he is on his last cheque book and the bank wont issue him another cheque book as he isnt a resident. How does he get a new cheque book so he can pay his service charges?
