Assalam alaikum wrb, I Pasha was working in a machine tool company for 3 year's 6 months in sharjah airport free zone, last September 1 of our compitator based in dubai offered me job and asked me to resign and and join, I accepted the offer and signed his offer letter, resigned and been to india for exit but I after I went to india , he dint respond to me and he dint send visa also, I keep on calling him and sending emails to send my visa but nothing happened, I waited for six 6 months and came on visit visa for a job search. Can I file complaint against the employer and am I eligible for any compensation as per uae law?
