Hello Guys!
What if some has been working for a company for almost 2 years now and is on husbands visa but the employer did not issue her a labour card, kept delaying it. and is now have blocked her 2 months salary and when she wants to leave is not even giving her experience letter. In this case if she complaints does she get any benefits, or no?. and what will be the charges against her if there is any. and what about the employer?
