Does anyone know if it is possible to find a car with a driver for a rent on a monthly basis who can drive me around where ever i wish to..not the official cab..it far too expensive if rented for a longer period..
I've seen these guys who pick up n drop ppl frm some areas.. marina/greens./..
Just trying to get around the far too unreliable dubai cabs..even if i call them, they don't turn up many a times..
Is it illegal?
