I searched but haven't seen a thread re this topic.

Living in the Springs, absolutely loved the complete area, especially driving the nice road with spead bumps counting Palm Trees on my way
to work. It was a PERFECT WORLD!

Now they have removed all Trees, the roundabouts are destroyed and they are going to build a super by-pass 8 Lane motorway through it.

WITHOUT a single notice to the residents. Nothing, no explanation, no
information nada. Just come and tear everything down.

Dubai is selling a dream of living in a gated community where families
can live safe and happy. How is it possible to change such a Masterplan
after 5 years in such a Cowboy Style?

I don't know what to do or to say?

The very fact that 160 people read this post and no one cares to reply shows that no one gives a nickle anyway and that's the way it is here.

And that's also the reason why they can act as they like...you don't believe that similar scenarios at least would raise a tiny little discussion in a developed country?

Lost my future hope in this country. Finish up that year and that will be it then.

I'm sorry for all people who invested and trusted and got this as a result.

I'm also sorry for people in JBR who got promised beach promenades and get parking lots instead. Also sorry for the people in The Lakes who
just moved in and furnished their house while they now can move out since they are going to tear down the same buildings to make way for the
new road.
