This annual competition is held not only to challenge and discover the strongest men and women of the UAE but to also recognise the benefits of strength training. The event is held for men in four groups below and above 90kgs and women in groups of below and above 60kgs.

The competition is open to all residents of Dubai between the ages of 15 and 45. Challenges include pushing and pulling heavy loads such as cars,trucks and prowlers, flipping tires, the farmers walk and even a game of tug of war. winners of the event recieve the coveted title, a cash prize and more.

There will also be entertainment and refreshments for the public at the event.
