This course is about consultancy - the practice of helping organizations to solve a particular problem and improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing problems, provision of professional or expert advice, and development of plans for improvement.
This is 2 day course to advise delegates who are considering entering into the consultancy profession on its basic aspects.
2. ESSENTIAL CONSULTANCY SKILLS (ECS)
The ECS is a recognised professional course which has been mapped by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) against the UK Government's National Occupational Standards (NOS) It provides foundation level skills in management consultancy for those considering entering the profession or those who wish to have an understanding of the knowledge and skills needed in this area.
