Do you sleep during the afternoon? I noticed a lot of people in the mid east do...but when i was living elsewhere...not so much..

so, to all those who said they do...do you do it out of boredom (because you cant really do anything during the day) or because you are tired from your other activities (work, school, both, family....etc)?

I did sleep my afternoons away before but that was mainly because my system was fighting off depression.

if i wake up early in the morning...or i didnt have a good sleep the night b4...i do sleep in the afternoon ..or i jus drink some energy drink @!

Nope, I dont. If I sleep in the afternoon, I will definitely have problem sleeping at night.

Whenever I have the chance, I do it but not bec Im bored, just love doing it the feeling of being recharged.... :wink:
