wish I did sleep in the afternoon - but I think they'd notice at work!

sometimes Id love to sleep in the afternoons but I just cant sleep during the day!

yeah, ive been to the doctor...and they gave me the usual response for everytime i go in...there is nothing wrong, i just have insomnia they gave me sleeping pills...but since ive been taking them for so long they kind of dont work anymore. and i dont want to live on medicine so, im working on just falling asleep whnever, since i dont have a job right now its not too bad...but once i move in january ill have to figure something out.

hey i have the same problem...only here in Dubai...before i have a nice sleep even afternoon naps where u can get great dreams...uhhh i wont forget the one with Jean Claude Van Damme..

nways...try to tire urself before sleeping at night like long walks ...or the one that i recently do...while ur eyes are close...try to move ur eyeballs...up & down..like this.. ...
it works for me..
