It's really annoying! but why do the guys stare so much? They even stare when they are driving past - without a care in the world that they may have an accident! I mean, have they never seen a female before?
It's really annoying but maybe it's a cultural thing?

They are harmless though. Your probably 100 times safer walking the streets here than in London or New York.
