Why does every Eygit text on their mobiles whilst driving???
I have never seen such pants, un safe drivers anywhere in the world... Well actually Sharjah is a billion times worse than Dubai!
Is there no law about using mobile phones whilst driving?
If not, how do I get one organised?

man this is nothing compared to Cairo here they respect traffic laws way more than in Egypt

Yes you can be fined for using a mobile whilst driving, but it's very rarely enforced.

Well, when the people who are suppose to enforce the laws are not able to set a very good example, by using their mobiles while driving, its not surprising that they rarely enforce it.
