ok Mandy and Kabsa there is a small restaurant in sharja that sells this Kabsa and Mandy and they make them to perfection !! its the restaurant next to Daihatsu showroom ...

and Kebab !! My favourite Kebab are the Ones they make @ the RED TABLE @ Diera !!! And they are not overly priced aswell !!! They have 7 course Arabic / Iranian Buffet for only 27 DH !! and Guys !!! Its a place you must visit !!!

What about small white flour balls (can't remember the name of this dish). They are dry and solid and I think they're softened with olive oil. I was told that this dish is Emirati, is it?

camel milk, date syrup and vanilla ice-cream, it's a yummy smoothie, really.

the flan will be store bought mix though, just add the milk sort of recipe.

Harees takes the charge for me. BTW it available even outside the ramadhan month at the Alboom restaurant. oh boy it that stuff good.

biryani is good only if done well. I aint no Sindhi but sindhi biryani beat the hyderabadi biryani hollow.
