Guess so.
Did they pay the workforce a decent wage and treat them well....If so well done!

personally i thought the track was rubbish because it had too many straights in it. it should have had more bends and corners so that drivers had more chances of overtaking. but yes it looked fantastic.

I would presume that the award was made on a judgement by experts.

i was a f1 fan thats why i commented and a good go-kart driver

i think they gave the award for the facilities, the architech etc etc and not for the track itself

The award was made on the overall anallysis of the track, and once again congrats to all of the people involved.
