Hello,
First post.
I have recently moved to Dubai and was wondering if there are any bars that will be showiing the American Football Playoffs.
Bear in mind that they are on quite late Dubai time.
I dont have a tv yet but would happily book into a hotel to watch them.
They are being shown on the Fox Network in America

Failing that I have an internet link but I am assuming the link will be much too slow in Dubai to stream a live event to my pc

Any help appreciated

Welcome to DF, I am sure you will find something, maybe one or two people that would like to watch this strange kind of sport

I'll check with my son when he gets back online as he loves American football - was watching today and ditched me on msn earlier to watch the game. That's my boy! (I am currently out of Dubai.) Anyway, next time he logs on, I'll check for you.

Checked with son who is, thankfully, not old enough to attend bars, but he says they mostly only show soccer football. Whether or not it is on ESPN depends on who has the rights to broadcast this year. Will attempt to find out and keep you informed. Welcome to view at our house if it broadcasts on ESPN as I guarantee he will be watching.
