Who publishes the comic cuz i havent heard of it.

I would say your best bet for such a comic would be ordering online.

Otherwise try the stores such as Spinnys or Carefore. I also saw DC and vertigo trades at Virgin in MOTE.

In what respect do you need them because if its only content then maybe you could try downloading it.

Ian your best bet would be ebay.

I havent seem Commando comics in ages now but i used to love reading them as a kid. My favourite used to be one that was titled "Operation S.O.L.O"

Commando was the currency of my youth. Known affectionately as 'Trash Mags'. WW2 was a lot closer in those days...

Anyone old enough (apart from Sage!) to remember a series called 'The Rise and Fall of the Trigan Empire'? Was published in a comic called 'Look and Learn' and drawn by a guy called Ron Embleton and was the stuff of boys formative years.

Found a compilation hardback years ago. Treasured book!

Ahh...Look and Learn... suddenly I feel old.
Buried in the shed with the 1000 odd copies of 2000AD and Eagle comics.

Eagle! Loved it!

Apparently they are trying to make a film of Dan Dare...I think Rupert Everett would be right for the part.

Hrmmm... he's kind of like Flash Gordon Redux though... although they just reduxed FG and it's crapola on rye. That and the Mekon would probably be
black.

No thanks... Hollywood can leave my childhood alone after the Judge Dredd movie.
