Just the other day i was walking going to work. I saw this guy with a spray can and he's writing something on a wall, he wrote this is just an expression of art. My question is do you consider vandalism an expression of art? or simply urban art?

It is okey to express once art but choose the place properly.

The person you are referring to was obviously vandalizing someones property, are you saying that is OK?
