Megaprojects in Dubai = catastrophic failure and major state sponsored fraud, look at the artificial islands.
Hydropolis, the under water hotel, I know a lot about this project, it will never be built, it was a scam, investors got made and Dubai even put in on the maps.
The Trump tower will never be built either, Donald Trump will not put a dime in Dubai.
So is the rest.

But many, many projects ARE being built in Dubai and I listed many of them in one of my current posts on my blog. And Abu Dhabi is developing strongly with YAS Island, Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Sowwah Island, etc., etc.
