Well it’s a crying shame the case isn’t to be heard in Canada, as I believe anything 'Dubai' would be on a hiding to nothing over there right now! Herve would have been able to spend his guaranteed damages during the Pre-Trial!

So what are the starting prices on the outcome? Are you running a book BM? What are you offering?

Apparently the trial is going to take 2 weeks. Looking forward to a favorable outcome.

Do you know something Dillon? BM hasn't got a clue about betting! The only time I've ever bet was to put £1 on some horse race at work. I've never been in a betting shop and no idea about odds. I suppose 10-1 is better than 2-1?

I have to admit I get a feeling in my stomach when I think about Herve and his trial, I think it's nerves, or is it fear? Poor Herve, I wouldn't want to be in his shoes, but he was looking forward to it and was very confident. Good for him. I will keep everything crossed for him.

DW's lawyers are from New York. Do you think they made sure they weren't Jewish before retaining them?

I'm not sure how long it will last Bora, Herve told me it was set for a week but can these things drag out? I was looking at the process of a case through the Federal Court today, there is a lot of work before the trail isn't there? It made interesting reading.

Hope Herve has a ‘firecracker’ of a lawyer. He is up against a formidable opponent!

I hope Herve pops in to update us Tom, but I have a feeling he's going to be occupied elsewhere. If I hear anything I will let DF know.

I'm pleased to hear that ben.
If it came down to basics, I would take Herve over Sultan. Sultan doesn't look as if he's got a good one in him. I reckon BM could take him out, no bother.
