Thinking of buying office space in Dubai. Any advice? Nov 05, 2005
Hey all,

We are considering purchasing office space soon around the 5th interchange in Dubai. Does anyone have any expereinces or know anything about this (is it actually freehold or a lease, how are maintenance and other hidden expenses like)?

depending on how much office space you want, but you might want to consider just renting out an apartment in the greens and operating from there.

forget about finding office space in DIC, DMC .. there are hundreds of companies on the waiting list for office space.

you might find office space in the Knolwedge Village though ..
