Regardless of my opinions on the case, the motives behind it, the financial aspects, your specific issues with DW or anything else I would like you both to know that I sincerely wish you the very best in your fight against DW and in life generally.

If someone does wrong by you and particularly when that someone is a large corporation I have no reluctance to wish you the best in seeking your revenge as you see fit. Whether fair or not its your right to seek it and exact what you want from it. Good luck!

Ben, are you per chance referring to DW, the renowned Dubai based philanthropic organisation, the same organisation that offered Herve 40% of the agreed valuation of his Florida business in return for a percentage ownership and share of profit in Exomos, then reneged on the ownership deal and "made" it less than easy to achieve the sales required (the Indonesian deal which was to be worth in excess of US$100m was referred to in court).

Mate, these people would not "give" you a disease without charging you, in advance, for it. Ask around and find out how many people work for Group Corporate Finance, it’s in the high hundreds if not thousands, globally, then pay a visit to their facility and check out the area reserved for "giving" ... (paying out), it consists of 6 people overseen by a man in a white dress (big office, no computer)

As for "investment" deals, nothing is "given" without the approval of the investment board, the chairman, the CFO and the CIO, in short, someone in that area thought they were getting a good deal and sponsored the acquisition.

Then 4 years later they don't like the terms of the deal, hmmmmm come on - they need to grow up and take it on the chin like everyone else has had to.

Caveat Emptor - if you fail to do a business analysis that you understand and a business plan that you follow to the T, then you have no one to blame but yourself.

Everyone has to accept that they have access to a bent judiciary, but we don't have to accept high school playground shenanigans enforced by lawyers in other countries.

Ben, far be it for me to say that you should always show some respect to a man who served his Country as a Naval officer and as a secret agant for the DGSE.

From my dealings with naval officers, I have more respect for herve given that he had the sense to get out.

I am curious to see how long it will take before Dubai blocks this website so for those who live in Dubai hurry to download before the website is blocked.
Like BM said Dubai World had 30 days to appeal, they did not, so now it is final, a blow and total discredit to the Dubai court system.
Regardless how they spin the facts in the media, it is a A huge defeat for Dubai World and Quinn Emanuel, their lawfirm in Los Angeles. I beat their team of 25 lawyers with my local attorney william Hess. you should have seen this , a court room packed with Dubai lawyers, assistants, IT guys, and all that to lose!
They were livid when they left the court room.
I give Quinn Emanuel 6 months before they realize who they are representing and drop Dubai World.
The trial in the US was a copy of my trial in absentia in Dubai, with even more witnesses and fabricated "evidences" and fake testimonies but the jury did not buy it and rejected all 5 accusations, which make my Dubai conviction a wrongful conviction and looks like a farce now.
Now you could wonder WHY dubai world spend $12millions dollars to sue me to claim $1,5M, it does not make sense, unless it was for another reason.
Now everything, all their tricks are on record for ever, read the documents, and it opened doors to more lawsuits, they created precedence, and jurisdiction.
I was not able to prove abuse of process, but they do it all the time, they use the confiscation of passports to extort monies and confessions. Others will be able in the future to bring more evidence and nail them. Anyways with more lawsuits, and more millions $$, they will be broke because of lawyers fees.

So now Herve is free to give DF access to his Court documents.
Well done Herve for exposing DW.
