For Britains, today has been decided to be the happiest day of the year. There is a happiness formula apparently. We've had mid week temperatures of 26c (have we?), summer holidays are around the corner and there is anticipation that Andy Murray will win Wimbledon.

About a year ago my father in law took all his grand children on a weekend breakaway. With dinner I saw him quitely sitting, just watching with a big smile. I asked him whether all is OK. He answered, seeing my all my grandchildren play together, this is the happiest day in my life. I could understand that and a day like that in the future could also very well be my happiest. I hope to live and have that day.
