Anyone know anywhere on the good side of town where tennis can be played?

I tried searching but didn't dig up much.

Don't do it. It requires excersising!

Do you mean "public" courts or a club to join?

That's the idea... it's either that or Dr. D gets a new office.

Ian,
Check out the Emirates Golf Club. They have a tennis program and I don't believe you have to be a member there. I need to call and find out some information..........will make the call.....

Just found out that you can go to Emirates if you are accompanied by a member and play tennis. Charge is 30dhs weekdays, and 60dhs for weekend play.

Unfortunately this is on the wrong side of town for me.

I'm not going to spend 90 minutes in traffic in the evenings to get to Garhoud.

Thats right you can play at Safa Park for just the 3 Dhs entry fee. It can get a littel busy though and i know they do coaching for the kiddies on them which can take up a lot of space! They where empty last Saturday during late afternoon!
