It's not only Europeans who fall short Zubber. There is a very upsetting Court case ongoing at the moment in the UK concerning a foreign Muslim couple. They are very religious. So much so that the mother beat her 8 year old son to death as he could not memorise passages from the Koran. The father, a property developer is charged with allowing a child to be killed.
It wasn't a one off beating either. The parents removed him from his school when the teachers questioned why he was having difficulty walking.
