My girlfriend just told me about that. Does anyone know what it is? Some one else says it is in Bur Dubai also.

Um, I'm on my balcony right now and I can tell you it is definitely fog. The whole place is covered in it. It's high off the ground though so it's not messing up the traffic too much.

Weird, I've never seen fog in the afternoon before.
