i noticed many times in UAE especially dubai where a local woman driver would be chased by a local guy.
go to sharjah buheriah see a local woman driving a car and see how it surrounded by 3 or 4 cars just trying to chat up the girls or women.
so maybe they dont want something like happening in KSA.
I once almost got into an accident trying to look at a gorgeous brunette driving a convertible sports car on the other side of the road.
Maybe they should only ban beautiful women from driving for being a hazard to road safety.
