Dubai: Dubai's latest mind-boggling project will be yet another global first - a fully rotating tower powered by the sun.

The top floor doesn't rotate, so it will be "The static restaurant".

It's a crazy gimmick

I saw some plans the other day for another rotating tower, but this one was even crazier. Can't say much more except it was mind blowing.

so ... u get to wtch the sunrise n sunset!..

It's cool, but sick too. Can't choose which one of the words is more than
the other. Feels like a Japanese thing; they invent so much unnecessary
things, paying too much for it, but still it's enjoyable with new inventions.

It's the same old story in Dubai & the UAE, every Architect can make his dream come true here, Revolting Tower more like

In casablanca there's a rotating villa powered by the sun too , but it's not a tower , awsome

Thanks m8 this I would like to see.

It would be more futuristic if they can make a revolving spiral bldg w/c will looks like swaying , not just a plain tower.

I can't imagine how dubai will be after 20 years, things are moovin too fast

A lot of us living here like to think this, unfortunately the problems of the traffic are really getting to everone.
Possibly in another 3 years or so when the Metro starts it will get better.
