S&O your point being? I hope it was in appreciation of the astute business sense of both parties and not some blatant fawning of the OP's sentiment!

In essence this deal is control over a few pipelines in the North Sea, some small oil field's and more crucially valuable storage facilities. This deal also compliments Taqa's more ambitious plans of turning a depleted underwater Dutch reservoir into Europe's largest.

It's a win-win for both parties as with the acquisition of valuable transportation and storage facilities, Taqa can increase capacity in the North Sea by around 85% and it benefits the Dutch who are seeking to secure gas resources.

DSM said it expects to realize a book profit of about 275 million euros after tax on the sale, on a unit which had net sales of 161 million in 2008.

To reiterate what I earlier said, It a win-win for both sides.

Hi Robby,

I thought I'd come down to the depth of the forum to offer you some oxygen and float you right up to the surface again !!
Just seen your www.nauticdreams.blogspot.com for the first time in a while . Some nice yachts on there...worth millions ! Many for sale in Dubai , I wonder ?
I looked at your www.globalinveztor.blogspot.com too.
Interesting stuff!! Stockmarkets have moved up since the last time I looked at your site .
I still think RBS shares are going to improve with this tighter management they have . I bought some RBS at 14 pence in the winter. They are now 46 pence each !! Watch RBS ...or Royal Bank of Scotland !! Talk to me in 6 months about the share value !!
Anyway , you have good sites ....like my www.visit-dubai.co.uk .
How are your Google Ads doing ? Are you making a bit out of them ?
Mine pay for a few beers ...plus some extras!! Google Ads are worth putting on sites . I am surprised that not more people have web-sites with Google Ads !! It all helps !! Pays for a few nights out !!
