Life is a continuous struggle. But struggle for what this is the million $ question. The simple formula to spend life happily is that don't think so much and live a simple life.

But i live to bring up my kids to be the health & happy, and So they can be prepaired for the world and live a better life then I.

The only reason for being is to enjoy yourself. However you do that is up to you.

Its a very good question and the answer is not an easy one. For one, every one will have his/her own understanding of the reason(s) for being on this earth.

My opinion is that one must find a reason for being here and when he/she does, should make all efforts to go for it. I have find my reason for being here and I feel so lucky, hopefully i will get to it one day.
