you know that? ramadan karim. it is mean great fasting. it is about 1 months.
you are not allowed eat or drink or smoke during sunrise and sunset. if you r muslim, if not you need respect the people.

but if you r muslim and you eat during this time. you get punished. the punishment is old style call Falak

falak= old style punishement, it is slash on your back or on your under foot.
min 80 , it is made from animal skin (wripe), so you are lucky if not from horse skin hahahah

good luck.

guys lets not turn every thread into a discussion about mr habibiy and his ass getting whopped.

Anywa, Ramadan Kareem = Generous Ramadan

and i would say its used as a greeting for the month. Now why is it said, while mema is right about charity but i feel like its describing the month itself as being generous not the people. Why is the month generous ? you might think its an odd way to look at a month where your food and drink is taken away ! But the reason is that all good deeds are rewarded more than the norm, and so makes the month generous in spiritual rewards to the people.

Thats my own interpretation to the phrase and i might be wrong but i like it :D
