Yeah, yeah, I know, this has nothing to do with Dubai. I forgot about David Paterson being Govenor of New York, but I remember when he stepped into the office of Govenor when Eliot Spitzer resigned when he was investigated for improper behavior, with prostitutes. I bet Eliot never thought there would be a need of a "replacement" so David got 2nd in command. I'm sure Eliot was waving his own banner for hiring the legally disabled. Who can take this guy serious??? Even when he speaks, he sounds the way he looks.
