Passport Rules In Uae

Dear dubaiforums' i got bit curious with one my my friend' her mother is uae n father Iran' and long time ago she had uae passport n now ever since she lost it the government of dubai gave her comoros passport' means they will never give het anymore uar passport as the whole family doesn't have jinsiya? Will dhe never get het uae passport evet again? Or she will get it eventually' but i heard they wont give for half half local like this' plss reply' anyway who knows the answer'
