They keep taking away the parking spaces to build new stuff or in attempt to keep the traffic moving in congested streets...
But they never replace them with alternatives or build any multi-storey car parks as they don't bring in enough income return!

What are parking cards ? the last time I was in Dubai there was no such thing as a "Salik" what are these cards, where are they needed and how much do they cost ?
If it's one of those schemes that get the Sheikhs rich, i'll be pissed.
