His mistake was signing in. I've waltzed into that tower at some ungodly hours and you just walk in. If you stop or look like you're not meant to be there, then they give you the third degree.

I would imagine Chocs means confidence Zubber. Enter a place with confidence, looking like you're on a mission, then no-one usually takes any notice. Hesitation causes curiousity and draws attention to ones self.
