Sounds good. But like in option trading, we have a time-decay. That is priced as a risk factor into the option where the risk factor is growing in time to expiration date.
So, translated into properties...2115 thats approx 106 years to go. Not much time left to enjoy my newly acquired property in DXB. My kids should eventually want to move there so price drops again...risk increases....welllll my offer comes out to 2000 dirhams. No 'k' behind it.
Send me the papers, as there will be no other buyer around for that time-decay.
