The previous last new member signed in and made a post in Feb 2007 and the last new member posted on Feb 2010. That is a whole 3 years apart !! Obviously this doesnt necessarily mean there is no new member in that 3 years, but I do not have the liberty to find out. Then again there might be no new in 3 years.

Just a little observation ...

No it doesn't mean that at all. Newbies can choose to post in there or not. You can see who the newest member is at the bottom of the main page. Many people become members and never write a single post. If you click on 'members' at the top right hand side of the page - where your username is, you can see all the forum members and their dates of joining, number of posts etc etc.
