This is really sad and unjustified , how did he got a way with it just paying 15,000 ? is it true ? I mean it's not like it will change anything but I know the law punish for such accidents with jail time ,license suspension and so on ! anyone know the details ? and please don't give me the LOCALS being off the hook, many of my local friends got jailed for 2 months . but it's just not enough of a punishment I say. any one know the details ? but I can't see any reason why he only got away with paying 15,000.

Don't know any other details than what I read in the paper today Kid. But I agree with you, 15,000 Dhs fine for not paying attention and taking a life is pathetic.
