Are all the money changers the same or do some give slightly better rates than others?

If so, where are the most attractive outlets?

They have a slight variance in rates, I have found the best rates to be available in Deira Naif Road area.

You can find "unofficial" money exchangers who can give you some great rates. They're usually the same people doing hawalas - around the old gold souk, through word of mouth, etc.
