My family decided to travel via Abu Dhabi for the first time, as it is cheaper!!
And I tried to contact Abu Dhabi Airport for Meet and Assist Services. But nobody answers phones or emails for two days. That's so crazy!
I never knew that Abu Dhabi is behind Dubai in services.
It sucks!
I guess that I will have to leave my family to suffer with small children through Abu Dhabi Airport.
Hoping they learn a lesson and never travel via Abu Dhabi again.
What an unpleasant experience with Abu Dhabi Airport! I knew Abu Dhabi from the welcoming side of people in Qasr al Watan, Yass Waterworld, Ferrari World, Shaikh Zayed Mosque, Old Town, Museums, Restaurants...
Imagine two days there is no one to SELL you a Service. Then how would they welcome people for free, if they don't bother to welcome for money.
So disappointed and stressed
