Because whites are fully integrated. All US presidents have been white. Whites have not been discriminated against so there is no reason to have a holiday.

African Americans weren't allowed into college so they created their own.

There are college scholarships that give to only certain ethnicities ie Italians

Show some proof that minorities set out to attack whites. Drug dealers, although bad people in some peoples eyes, are what they are because of a lack of oppurtunity. There is a long history of white police abusing their power to attack/intimidate minorities. It is understandable that these views are enmeshed within minority communities.

It's that they're not ashamed of their heritage, a heritage that has been discriminated against for decades and in some cases centuries.

Because you are a racist. There is nothing to proud of for being "white". For example would it make sense to proud to be heteros.exual?

No one said whites can only be racists. It's just that whites have been the main perpetrators of racism.

I just found it interesting because most people actually hav those beliefs. That only a 'white' person can be considered a racist.

The reason why whites used to be so racist was that they were the dominant culture - their civilisations were at the top. They looked at what they deemed inferior civilisations and treated the citizens as lesser people. It just happened that the civilisations that were on top had primarily white citizens - had it been other civilisations with yellow, black, mocha skin that were on top - the whites and their "inferior" civilisations would have been looked down on. The racism would have been coloured vs. whites. It is not because someone is white that they are inherently racist towards others.

I find that whites are being stereotyped quite a bit nowadays - guess it is backlash for the sins of the generations past. But should the new generations with white skin be punished for colonial pasts, even when they don't perpetuate those past wrongs anymore? I think not.
