Al Safa vets are very good or try Dr Matts (Desert Vets Clinic). I doubt they'll pick up your pet though.

Male cats are more prone to urinary tract problems than females. Cystitis is a common problem, also blockages (bladder stones) causing pain and problems going to the toilet. Are there any blood spots? It's probably an infection, however certain problems in this area can be life threatening, so get your kitty seen to asap.
Also what are you feeding it? Give more dry food than wet. Then your cat will drink more water, which will limit future problems in this area. Wet food for pets is basically a waste of time. Complete dry foods are much better for their teeth, diet and overall health.
Goodluck.
