:) Not everyone roasts a leg of lamb Chocs. like I am lazy when it comes to cooking and feeding myself, if i deceide to cook, I like laid back methods like stewed/casserole cooking. I just chuck whatever meat there is with vegies, spices, water into one soucepan on the cooker/oven and then come back in an hours time to serve on plate ))Chocoholic wrote:Fat on the meat is what gives it its flavour.
