Hi,
Im visiting Dubai on the 19th - 29th Dubai and I'm living near this road, last time I visited the traffic was a nightmare because of Subway work, whats the traffic like now?
Has anything been done yet to allow traffic to run smoothly and will I be get taxis as and when I need them.
