Considering the UAE is a multi-cultural country and does not enforce women to cover themselves like in Saudi, I think it's an irrelevant question.

The only reason I'm in Dubai is because it is liberal when it comes to women's dress. If I wanted to live in a strict Islamic country I'd have moved to Saudi.
