How did your few days in Dubai go ??

Hi Arnie,

Well it went pretty good - I enjoyed my time and think Dubai is fantastic - definately would love to move out there.
Unfortunately, the main reason for my visit was for a job interview. And after being taken out to lunch by them, shown around Dubai, then having two intensive interviews, they decided that they didn't think I fitted in with the organisation and besides which, they are probably going to re-organise the finance function and move it back to London!!
As you can imagine I was a little amused, gutted and perplexed!!

Anyway, I'm not giving up that easily about moving to Dubai. Like I said, I really loved the place and would really love to get a job and move out there! Maybe I'll wait until after the summer heat though!!

Yeah - exactly! And at least I got to see the place and go shopping!! Next time I come, I'm going to have to go skiing!!
