I cam from cancelled visa. My last day in uae should be Nov. 5, I am almost 3 months overstayed. I'm planning to get a new visa. Do I have a criminal case? Pls let me know..

No you do not have a Criminal case as long as you pay the fine. But be careful, if you get caught now you are on overstay and will be taken to the Immigration Jail at Al Awar and then possibly you will have a case resulting with deportation.

Thank you Ms. Jane, I just need to exit this week and provide a new visa. But the problem, I dont have any relatives here. So its not possible for me to get a visit visa right? Because I need a sponsor.
