Has anyone worked on Cognos BI? Any good training centres in Dubai? Or anyone willing to share some insight into the whole thing? any help would b greatly appreciated..

Cognos BI is a Business Intelligence workbench designed for report developing and datamining.
It is usually sold as a package with Oracle to fill the gap in reporting needs.
It is a mature, but still clunky, package.

I took a look at some of the demos and try it yourself stuff. To add to your points, Cognos BI 8 looks really a powerful stuff.
