Hi All

I am new to the forum, but not Dubai, having lived there long term in the nineties. We are expats but at the moment living in Bulgaria, where we emigrated to in 2003 to escape the corporate rat race. Here, we live in a large ski resort and have spent the last 3 years building a luxury log home in a mountain village and kinda semi retired.

That was until the company in Dubai have made me an offer to come back that I can't refuse. We are looking to move back to Dubai towards the end of this year as soon as we have finalised our affairs here.

To this, we have to sell the house, which is rather hearwrenching but it needs to go.

Here's where we need help. Can anyone recommend any real estate agencies in Dubai that specialise in overseas properties outside Dubai, hopefully in particular Bulgaria ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you use shipping to move the cabin over sea's ? i might be interested if this is possible.

I can quite happily build you the same one overseas. There's no reason we couldn't build one in Dubai, we'll have to replace the heating system with a whopping great air con. I remember every time I stepped out of a building in Dubai in summer I lost a kilo in sweat.

I am seriously considering building one in my Thai wifes village, what would the cost be ?

Much that I'd love to build you one in Thailand, especially as that's our ultimate final destination for retirement, but alas it wouldn't be cost effective for you. Our costs would be too high compared to the local companies already in Thailand.
