me : i commute to and from work on C10 bus and i have noticed on several ocassions that there are bed bugs on the seats (eww!!) maybe you need to send pest control people to check the buses

me: no, i mean the insect bed bugs, do you understand?
rta person: oh yeah, you mean you wanted to have air bags on C10 buses?
me: (getting irritated) no no no, i mean the insects that bite you and suck blood, it looks a bit like cockroaches, it is a health hazard you know.

me: (doubtful) are you sure?
rta person : yes mam, the insect bed bugs, right ?
